F.A.Q/Shipping and Returns
How does my order get shipped?
All orders once received and payment is collected take 1-2 days for processing time. All our items are shipped through Canada Post by Standard Flat Rate Shipping. A tracking number will be provided with each order for the customer.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping. At present we only ship within Canada.
We charge a flat rate shipping fee within Ontario of $15.00, for the rest of Canada $20.
Do you accept payments over the phone?
All payments are to be made online through our website.
If I don’t want to pay for shipping, can I pickup the items?
Yes, we allow customer to pickup their orders from our homebased location in Cambridge, Ontario. Customer can arrange a date and time with us and pickup from our location. We do not offer local delivery. When picking up your order, an online receipt or order confirmation will be required to show for verification purposes.
What is your return policy?
All our items are final sale and are in as is condition. No return or exchanges.
What if my product is damaged in shipping?
If you receive your order and the items are damaged due to shipping, please contact us at aeshasgiftworld@gmail.com with 48 hrs of receiving the products, please attach 3-5 pictures in your email of the damages. We will get back to you as soon as possible for a resolution in such cases.
